We got there and had one bed and hide a bed no blankets for the hide a bed or seats no pillows I asked for some and did not get them no blankets kids had to sleep under seats never do it again

Overall the room felt dirty and the service was not good.

I checked in to your hotel, the room had an old bad smell, the was hair on the white blanket, we opened the sofa bed and the plastic side was up and it had a hole, my son lift it to see why it was upside down and the whole mattres was soiled with red substance: either blood or juices, i tried to call from the room to the front desk and the phone did not function. It was ok for a over night stay but would not be going back.

Worst hotel experience Cannot say how horrible this experience was. We were given a room that was all ready occupied, had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room had it's window on the first floor, wide open with no screen, a towel holder missing, tp holder missing, drawers missing and falling apart, doors falling off hinges, lamp shade falling off, light bulb hanging out of socket, drapes falling off, closet missing doors. pool of water by toilet and sink.
