What I like the most is the best receptionist was very kind patient and accommodating what I didn't like is my television I could not connect to the internet even after the technical support tried to help me connect my fire stick I had to end up using my phone hotspot which use up all of my gigabytes

Nobody at the desk in the morning, stood for 15 minutes waiting to check out. Multiple employees (not front desk people) saw me waiting and did not offer any help or try to find someone to help me. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Great large room with full kitchen and comfy beds. But nothing was in kitchen, so no cups, plates or anything to make use of the kitchen. No coffee maker, had to request, and then they gave us one. Had to ask for more plastic cups, because there was 2 for a family of four. Breakfast was oatmeal, muffin or granola bar, and they didn't restock, so only oatmeal was plain. Room keys didn't work, so they had to change batteries in the door.
