It was close to the airport which was convenient with the canceled and delayed flights. Room was double the price once getting there to check in. Horrible smell. Sign that said it was renovating due to a water leak. Garbage in hallway. People hanging out all around. Had to find a store to purchase sheets, blankets, pillows for the bed. Purchase cleaning and disinfectant supplies for the room.
Business response:

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The building should be condemmed, literally. Filthy does not begin to describe the condition. This is not attributed to negligent houskeeping, the building is old and rundown. I was afraid to turn the lights off for fear of roaches coming out. The entire floor and room smells like an ashtray, supposedly it is a non smoking hotel. The ceiling on my floor was exposed, as in not there, wires and duct work were visible. Why the health department of Philadelphia has not shut this pl... read more

The door into my room was so warped i had to throw my body into it to open and close. Only two very small pillows on the bed and the bed only had a sheet and a comforter cover. No comforter, no blanket. I was freezing had to turn heat to 78 and sleep in a hoodie. TV remote didn't work. Lamps didn't work. Alarm clock didn't work. I asked for a wake up call and it never happened. Thank God my alarm on my phone worked or i would have missed my flight. No ice machine which i needed because i had a procedure done and was supposed... read more

Booked this place a month in advance. On the day of my arrival, they told me they were overbooked. Note, that they didn't even tell me, I had to call in to ask if they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. That's when they told me. So long story short, I didn't get a room and had to be re-located. This was at 12:30am. Never again.
