The stay conditions, including a $100 hold charge, were not properly explained ahead of time. Also there were no dishes, coffee maker, etc. in the room - guests had to ask for them, but when I went to the desk, there was no one there and the desk area was completely dark. The hallways were not well lit, and from a safety perspective, I was concerned because one of the exterior doors had been propped open with a rock. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel should have been closed due to the state of it. Smelled funny, furniture was broken and stains on the mattress. I walked right back to the front desk after seeing my room and told them I was leaving.

There was no toilet paper in the entire building. The shower was dirty and full of hair. The bed only had a sheet and a thin blanket. Only one light worked. The refrigerator didn’t cool. There was no hot water.

I got the room online and got here and there was a extra 100 dollar deposit that wasn't anywhere on the website.

Nothing is well taken care of. Hallways are very dirty and had many used towels and other items left outside rooms.
