There were cracks and missing woodwork. Drop ceiling pieces missing. No electricity on one side of the room. Disclaimer posted for full refund if I didn’t stay. How do I get my money back

What i didn't like was that there were bugs in the room had to be moved to another room bugs again and the blanket waa dirty. The first room the bathtub was dirty and the floors in both rooms were nasty and to pay all that money it should have been better no bugs!!

This is the worst hotel in Philly. Extremely dirty. Torn towels. No blanket. Dark corridors. Smelly rooms like rats are dead everywhere. Hot water doesn't work.There is a TV remote in the room but no TV. :-) I was told there is a pickup shuttle from airport (green van with logo on it). After 1 hour and 10 min wait and 5 phone calls with a receptionist telling me she has dispatched the pickup driver, I decided to take Uber. It was all lie. No shuttle. Of all the hotels that I stayed in the last 15 years, this stands to be the worst. For 140$ dollars, i basically stayed in an abandoned house or something.

Do not stay here. Staff was not friendly...no hello or welcome. Everything smelled awful. The room was dirty, bathtub grungy. There were cobwebs in the lampshade. There was a sign that said they had a 10 point cleanliness inspection, ending with a management inspection. Well....apparently that is not true. Unfortunately we were too late getting in to make reservations elsewhere so had to put up with the grumpiness. Will be avoiding this chain in the future.

This hotel was a disaster. Broken furniture, disconnected phone, clogged bathroom drain, stains on the counter and the bathtub, no hangers or cups. A total embarrassment. We complained to the desk clerks—-they told us to file a complaint. Here it is.

Truly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Incredibly dirty, lobby had multiple upset people who appeared homeless screaming obscenities with no staff getting involved. Receptionist was not as the desk and had to wait for 5-10 minutes for anyone to show up to check in. They seemed to be in a guest room across the hall? Very odd scenario. There was no carpet on the hallway floor, carpet tacks/nails were exposed. Ceiling tiles were missing. Toilet in the room has not been cleaned.
