I Survived the Night, but Woke Up W/the Munchies. The person at the front desk was pleasant & professional. It was all downhill from there. The hotel was dirty, the room had furniture from the Reagan administration. The entire hotel smelled like both sweat & marijuana. The marijuan smell was so bad through the night, it woke me up three times. (I guess that was the eco-friendly part). There were holes in the wall, a broken light. A missing closet door. I’m so angry with Travelocity they booked me here stead of embassy suites which was the hotel I selected. This dump is right behind embassy suites but they are full. Also this hole has No airport shuttle as it claims I better get my refund very very quickly from Travelocity

It was DIRTY! Hair in the bathroom, floors in the hallways and rooms dirty. The bed was clean thank goodness (crappy bed in my opinion) but it was at least clean.

The room have food on the floor and was not in good repair. The hallway was dark and dirty. The front desk staff was not available most of the time to answer the phone or even where you could communicate with them(stayed in the back room).

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We paid for a non smoking room and received a room that had a VERY strong smoke smell. They ended up switching our room at 2am and the second room was no better. There was no comforter on the bed in either room. When we were checking in, the lady was on the phone with a customer and was rolling her eyes the entire time on the phone. The room was filthy dirty. The towels in the bathroom had stains all over them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I needed a place in a short time frame, outside pictures seemed nice. Inside the place was dark, old, and dirty. There was no blanket on the bed and the one they gave me was old and hard. The fridge had very nasty stains on the front of it. I was VERY disappointed for the price they charged!! I didn’t feel safe there.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT I was looking for a quick getaway with my wife and I chose here because it looked inviting, comfortable, and clean. It is the total opposite. The carpet is badly soiled, spots everywhere. Mouse traps on the floors and in the cabinets. The mattress was sunken in with a thin blanket. The top of the refrigerator was so dusty.
