Room was fairly unclean and the shower did not work. Additionally, I booked a king sized bed for my stay and the bed was a queen.

Carpet smell and not clean conditions. It said breakfast included but there was nothing there except for a pot of coffee and a few tiny granola bars

The AC and clerk worked. Nothing else impressed. My flight was delayed, as was my bag on arrival. When I called the hotel for a shuttle, there was no answer. Luckily, I knew I could catch a city bus to within walking distance. The one young lady on staff was clearly overburdened. She was doing her best still when I left the next morning! I rented two rooms for two nights for a coworker and I for a work trip. Both rooms were dirty, smelled like stale cigarettes and my room had cigarette ash on the floor and a cigarette but in the sink drain. My room had no shower curtain, the drawer face by the sink was broken off and the dresser drawers were all broken, there were also stains and marks over all the floor surfaces.
