I liked the kitchen had everything needed to make a meal, but i did not like that i was obligated to give a $100 deposite with out a previous notification, and that i had to pay to use there parking with out no previous notification, there only was 1 pillow we called to ask for 1 more and they never brought it, the towels were old and a bit nasty, and Im still waiting to have my deposit returned.

The tub was black, the linen was dingy the chair was filthy we checked in then checked out within the hour

This room was not clean at all. The window was broken and stuck open, and everything was grimy and sticky.

Hotel was terrible, lights broken, roach in the kitchen , windows broken . Spoke with manager and was told I was getting a refund but never got it.
Honest review The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. And don’t let get started in the cleanness of the place. It’s a completely skip. drug junkies’ dream hangout. A sight to behold. Especially is you’re planning to arrive late a night.

My plane was late and my reservation was not held for me. The lady at the desk would not hp me find another hotel. She just said “not my job”. The area was dark and my can had left. There was no airport shuttle and the first can tide cost me $30. I then walked a couple of blocks to another hotel who help me. I will never stay at Extended Stay hotels again and promise to spread the word about the experience I had.
