We instantly checked out of this hotel. Everything was extremely outdated and smelled horribly of cigarettes everywhere even though we booked a non-smoking room. The photos posted for this property were not accurate. I appreciate the staff for not giving us an issue for the refund.
This property never had anyone at the front desk and had bed bugs. Stay at your own risk.
No shuttle to the airport. Treated like a criminal, had to sing papers that threatened us for every and any possible damage we could do. No parking available unless you paid their daily fee. No blanket, called, none available until midnight. Pillows smelled bad. We could not check in 45 minutes before 3:00 pm. No ice machine anywhere. I will never stay in an extended Stay America again. They didn't honor our booking and sent us away.
