Property reception area was very basic and uninviting, service was slow, corridors were dirty and smelly, room was drab, bed was not made, no provision for drinking water. Left five minutes after checking in.

Absolutely horrible hotel. Walked into the room and smelled like smoke not to mention half the cabinets and curtains were missing. If that wasn’t bad enough the door to the hotel room wouldn’t close and when addressed with the staff it seemed to be a common thing. Immediately asked for a refund after seeing the room and was less than thrilled with customer service. Left and went to a different hotel within 20 mins of being on the property. Bldg in bad shape. Was dropped off and asked about shuttle service and was told they didn’t do it anymore
