Very bad experience. Disgusting place to look at, felt itchy after sleeping one night! Never again!

They overbooked so there was no room for me when I showed up. Lady just said "Yeah its overbooked, there's no room" and that was it

This place was filthy. Made you place $100 deposit on the room, i dont know why! The furniture was broken, carpet stained very badly. The hallways had trash in them and you could tell that there were long term residents living there. I am ok with not staying in a 5 star place, I am ok with staying in a place that just provides one bar of soap and cheap towels, BUT this place is a total dump.

staff was ok. they weren't rude but the cleaning crew could have done better. specifically the bathroom

This property is beat up, kind of gross. No airport shuttle.

It's wasn't nothing like it explain on Expedia , they didn't acknowledge anything that was listed , the pricing wasn't even clear never knew it wasn't clear you had to pay an extra 100 dollar for a deposit, and it's like a living place for people who don't reside in an apartment, ppl moving things in , people shopping with so many groceries , and ppl hanging out in the lobby I'm assuming because their friends work there but I was so uncomfortable and safe I was in Philadelphia until next Sunday but I couldn't stay there so I... read more
