It smelled like cigarettes and the water didnt work.

The hotel is filthy and smells terrible and only had one pillow

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff got into a verbal altercation in front of me threatening to fight each other. The furniture was broken, the shower was dirty. It was overall loud and uncomfortable throughout my entire experience. We arrived back at our hotel, one of the nights late, and there was no one at the desk to help us as we got to our room with the card not functional additional to the non-functional key card. For a non smoking facility it sure reeked of smoke. Our friends who joined us the next night weren't able to enter their room until hours after check in because it wasn't cleaned, but when they entered, the room was unclean and the shower unusable. Our room was fine, but we had to buy an air-wick to get the smell out. It worked for what we needed, but would not recommend seeking this place out.

I reserved and paid for 2 rooms a month in advance. I called earlier in the day to confirm my reservation. I was told they were sold out and it would be important to show up before midnight. When I arrived prior to midnight, I was told that they gave my rooms away and had none available for me. I asked what I was supposed to do as we had nowhere else to stay.
