Bldg in bad shape. Was dropped off and asked about shuttle service and was told they didn’t do it anymore

You would be better to sleep on the street! Hotels.com has a lot of nerve offering this disgusting property. The place should be condemned! Upon entering the room, the place was full of cockroach and rodent droppings everywhere. The bathrooms were disgusting and the bed sheets had pubic hairs everywhere. A corner of the room had exposed plaster all over the wall and corners. The TV did not work (there was no remote) and the front desk staff was useless. Nothing. Place is horrible. my room wasn't ready when i got there. no towels, shower curtain, wash rags or hand towels. smoke detector was chirping like it had a dead battery. called down to the front desk and they came up and tried to argue with me that the battery was not dead. he pulled the battery out of the smoke detector and put it back on the wall. was still chirping. Staff was very rude I called room service & asked for tissue , towels, & rags & they told me I had to come to the front desk & get it myself. I ask for cleaning supplies because the tub was very dirty & they hung up on me. When I went to the front desk they told me I couldn’t use their cleaning supplies that it was only for housekeeping to use. Very unsatisfied with my stay !

Unfortunate Due to delay travel needed a room to sleep a few hours before catching the next flt. Front desk attendant demeanor was awful. I understand working overnight is hard but is no ones fault but her own choice. She looked pist we were there. Definitely didn't feel welcome at all. Then upon entering the room we were met with stain bed sheets. The room overall didnt appeal sleeping on it but at 1 am we had no choice. I dont recomend this hotel at all.
