Worst hotel I’ve ever had. We had mouse in our room and cockroaches in the second room that we had to move into at 1:30 AM.Super dirty, awful customer service. Do Not book !!!

I can say a few good things about the property: the staff was very friendly and accommodating, there was a good selection of snacks and drinks in coin-op machines, and the price wasn't as insane as other properties near-ish to the airport. But other than that... I paid $175 plus tax etc for one night in a room that was barely clean (top of the fridge had not been cleaned since Ben Franklin's day). We hated it from the moment we pulled up . We knew we’d be by the airport and wasn’t expecting the tahj ma hall but soon as u got off the elevator to the floor it smelled like cigars . Like a Cuban cigar club not weed. I’d much rather weed. Then the HARD WOOD FLOOR in the room was a turn off to begin with but the literal dirt scuffs was crazy . The room was dusty and dirty I just couldn’t we ain’t sleep there and left immediately. Don’t stay just pay the extra and stay somewhere nice .

We had towels with hair on them that clearly were not washed. The towel rack and the shower curtain rod in the bathroom were completely detached from the wall and about to fall down. There was old used soap bars left in the shower and we found a roach. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. Definitely not worth the savings.
