They didn't honor our booking and sent us away.

Room was dirty, no trash can. Have yet to receive a receipt for our parking expense of clarification that the $100.00 check in temporary charge to our credit card has been deleted. Please send immediately

Both back and side door card readers didn’t work to get in. Why do you need the key card to exit after you check out? I have to drop the keys when I check out. The gate didn’t even close on one exit. No shuttle to the airport, glass on the floor in the room and the lamps were unplugged.

Property was disgusting intried to cancel but expedia didnt let me will never book again with Expedia due to this hotel. We left and didnt get refunded. Room was simply gross.

I got my room changed 3 times. Roaches and pee on the toilet seats. Just nasty

Smelled like a smoker's house. Across from the airport, but no shuttle
