The staff was nice but the room was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The toilet had not been flushed from previous use. I would not recommend this hotel.

I wish to let you know that I was not allowed to stay at the hotel. My flight was arriving at 11:53 pm so I first message the hotel and no one responded. On the night of my arrival I telephoned and pleaded with the front desk employee to wait few minutes until i arrived and she refused. I had my wife called on my behalf as well but that was also futile. can you imagine how I felt?

Scary. Room smelled like smoke and counters were dirty. I think people live here full time. This was a big mistake. Took an Uber to nearby hotel. Staff was quick to refund me prior to leaving. I think staff is aware of the situation they are in

The room I stayed in had a rat. I called the front desk to inform them of the situation. They moved me rooms, however, the other room had 2 cockroaches, the shower curtain had mold, the hallways were filled with food crumbs and trash on the floor. All I got from the staff was, "we are sorry about that." They thought it was no big deal. I will never stay here again.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!! We originally booked this stay for business. We went through hotels.com and looked at their ratings and pictures From the website.
