Staff was apathetic and unhelpful except for the manager. The room has visible grime on the refrigerator. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed. The bed only had two thin sheets rather than an actual blanket. Oh and there was no shower curtain. Very icky place.

Never seen a Hostel like all was dirty

There were broken off finger nails on the floor, wads of hair under the bed, blood stains on the sheets, and not even a single garbage can in the entire place. Clearly was not cleaned whatsoever.

Door lock didn’t work so an employee had to let me into my room every time. Never got a shower curtain after requesting one multiple times over 2 days. No trash can. There was a crushed OE can and rubber gloves on the floor in the room when I checked in. There were small rocks on the mattress under the sheets. The floors and cabinets were disgustingly dirty.
