The room smelled like smoke. I had no remote to watch TV. No telephone to call front desk. The kitchen area was so dirty that I wouldn’t dare to cook. Filthy is an understatement!!!

NEVER AGAIN Room was a mess
Parking fees were 12.50. Also a $100 dollar deposit was needed and would be refunded after 5 business days. Room was not very clean. There were no chairs for the table. Would not recommend to anyone

You go up to your room and all you smell is sage burning.......it gave me a headache and that day the fire alarm kept ringing non stop almost every hour

The room was awful. The black chair was extremely dirty (white stain). The room had bad odors like the old abandon house. My son found yellow stain on the sheets and mattress. My wife and son left the hotel immediately and told me to get my refund as soon possible because no person should stay I a disgusting room. I went to another hotel to satisfy my family even I had to pay extra.

I was sent to an occupied unit before I came back to the desk to request a unit not occupied. Stove hood needs repair. The required fencing was disturbing since other hotels didn't seem to need fencing. Lobby seems ordinary if not short of dirty.

Old. Rub down refrigerator that clanked so much I had to unplug it. No shuttle service and no amenities. Plus they charge the same price as a premium hotel. Shut them down.
