It was grubby and depressing, would never stay there again.
When i booked my stay, it said in my email to pay on arrival and didnt mention they did not take cash at check in.
I’d like to start with my only positive - the receptionist was kind and was trying her best as she was the only one working. However, our room was dirty, with garbage still left in it- there was hair clumps on the floor, the heating & cooling system was extremely noisey, our toilet ran the entire night, our white towels were stained and dirty.
