Stay away. Horrible hotel. Extremely poor conditions. Had to change the room because of cigaret smell. At the reservation time it was shown that airport shuttle was available and when at the hotel, no shuttle service is offered. Everything about this place is a nightmare. Stay away.

This hotel customer service is simply terrible. due to the flight delay during my period of stay with this hotel, I called the hotel to let them know that I will be coming late to the hotel, and I was assured by the receptionist that it should not be a problem. Shade, the receptionist told me I should just come straight to the front desk when I get to the hotel. on getting to the hotel around 1 am, they told me that my reservation was cancelled because I did not show. Toilets didn't work and our door wouldn't close.

Don’t ever go here I paid for my room online. When I got there the person at the front desk was rude in telling me that the system was down and that she couldn’t check me in. I traveled 3 hours to that location. I had to sleep in my car because I couldn’t get a hotel anywhere else due to capacity. I still haven’t got a refund of my money. $200. Very poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anyone.

Rooms out dated beds sucked just a dark room no batteries in remote & missing a light bulb

A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a room early on through expedia. We arrived at the hotel and were told “our company allows us to overbook, so we overbooked, and we don’t have any available rooms for you”. The staff was very rude and dismissive and did not do anything to help us. The lady at the front desk actually mocked us! She turned us away despite us having reservations.
