I booked online using Expedia. I was booking with another hotel but the site redirected me to another hotel that was in the same parking lot as the one I meant to book with. I realized the mistake right away after arriving. I walked in and out. I spoke to someone at the front desk who told me I need to speak to the third party I booked through (Expedia). I have been unable to get ahold of anyone since. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me.

Room was “bare bones”: no soap dish in the shower stall, no rubber bath mat for slippery shower stall floor, no shuttle to airport. Plus, when I arrived there, there was a sign that said they are charging a “$100.00 fee to the room rate”, which will be refunded if no damage found to the room, but that I will have to wait several days for this to be reflected in my credit card statement. This information was not revealed in the advertisement.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Blood was on the floor walls and ceiling. Things were broken. Nothing was clean. Nothing was prepared. Staff was pleasant though

The room was adequate however we found bed bugs in the night and were bitten.

Not a nice place to stay and rate was far too high
