Odd entrance, not very welcoming lobby, room clean, double bed not queen or king, staff very nice.

Okay for one night The service was nice. The bed however was hard as ever. There were fruit flies flying around, and hair in the tub. The smell of fabuloso was overwhelming😞 was nice to have a full fridge and a stove. Was only there for one night due to a flight issue.

last minute stay The front desk seemed annoyed but was helpful for when they were able to come and assist me. Just thinking maybe they were having a bad day. However upon entering my room there was dust and clutter underneath the bed and when I was in the bathroom was appeared to be an earring and other things were in the sink trap however I was unable to reach them.

Room very filthy and the staff are very rude I would like to get a refund

Clerk was off to the side on his phone during check in. Had to practically yell for him. Room was dirty. No hotel shuttle even though it says it does.
