Room is stripped down to bare minimum. no dishes or utensils, no trash can, tiny cheap dollar store towels, only a sheet and a "bed spread" no real blanket. Drawers were all broken, no shuttle service, no coffee pot, lobby morning coffee was way too strong. Breakfast bar was a granola bar and pack of oatmeal ONLY. Price kept me there for 2 nights, but I would not recommend the hotel. btw, they will demand a $100 DEPOSIT, and nothing in the room is even worth that much. Ugly, and not well kept.

The room was very dirty, stained and rundown. Did not look anything like the photos. There was one gentleman working the front desk that was very nice, but clearly would have benefited from a little help.

This place should not be on any site. The room was in a deplorable state with grime on the walls and literally bugs on the ceiling and walls. The staff was unhelpful to put it mildly. I walked in saw the state of the room took pictures and video and walked out they refused to refund or cancel my reservation. Stay anywhere but here - sleep in your car it would be more sanitary

Hotel front desk wouldn’t pick up calls. We checked out early from our reservation so we wouldn’t get charged another night but the front desk never closed out our reservation. Because of this, we never got refunded by Expedia for our second night.

This definitely is not a 3-star hotel. Room is not clean (and smells smoked) and does not have essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, etc). Front desk check-in is not flexible and hard to follow. No airport shuttle service.
