The room was filthy and falling apart. I cannot believe this hotel is renting the room I had in the condition it was in. Felt more like a crime scene than a room I wanted to sleep in. Do better!!!!

Cancelaron el booking luego de que me comunicara con ellos en res ocasiones diferentes, y en la última me confirmaron que el booking y la autorización de pago habían sido recibidas y que por ende no se cancelaría el booking, solo para llegar y enterarme que habían cancelado el booking y reclamaron que al momento del cobro no habían fondos suficientes cuando recibí hasta un cargo del hotel por otra cosa. No hicieron nada al respecto para intentar remediar su error ni me supieron explicar de que era el cargo que me cobraron.

. Horrific from start to finish. Your better off in a sleeping bag on i95 Staff - horrible. Staff member engaged in mocking me with another customer all because I asked if I had to pay for parking since I would only be there for 6 hours. I checked in at 7p and was leaving at 2a because of my flight Room - unclean and smelled of cigarettes Clientele - as bad as staff. Noisy. Loud. Many looked as if they’re on drugs.
