Stains on carpet and linens. Water in toilet was dark brown. Smelled like cigarettes. Very dirty. Did not stay, ended up leaving right after checking in and moved to different hotel.

NO HOT WATER! Old and rundown motel. Much newer and cleaner hotels are available in the area at the same price.

We were on a rushed 2 day trip and wanted something close to the Philly airport. I thought Extended Stay would be a good choice. This particular location looked a little worn but our room was pitiful. The clock didn’t work and the front desk said it would have to wait until maintenance came in the next day. We went for dinner and came back to find only one 1 of the 3 lamps worked. The faucet in the tub was rusted and dripping and the vents were crusted with dirt. I chose this property for it's proximity to the airport as I had an early morning flight. The room didn't look anything like advertised. It was dirty and I ended up with bug bites all down my left arm - disgusting! Thank goodness I was only there for 6 hours!

The place stinks but the staff was horrible. They charge me a deposit that was never refunded back. I had to contact my bank to fight with them. Staff hung up on me whenever i call to ask for updates. Sounds like the lady I spoke to was having a very bad day and transferred her frustration over
