experience Check in took 30 mins due to some server down time. Lobby staff do not know her job and do not know how to operate computer it seems. Toilet were messy and not cleaned, flush not working. Because of this we have to change our room and the new one was a smaller one than we booked. Worst experience.

Hotel review It was one of the worst hotels I ever stay at the sheet had a hole in it the tub had a scratch in it the toilet sheet was loose no ice machine or vending machine in the hotel.the check lady was really rude and in polite.

The bed was very hard. Towels for only one person and the room floor wasn't clean. It had M&Ms on the floor.

Do not stay here No hairdryer in room; front desk had 1 we all shared. Fridge door handle was broken off. No coffee or dinnerware in room. Breakfast in a bag - instant oatmeal and a granola bar. We had a difficult time finding the hotel. Sheets gray and dingy. Shower curtain barely went inside tub. But other than that, we had a great stay.

No too good Staff on the evening of 1/25 and 1/26 (african american female) appears to lack the customer service skills needed for the front desk. She was very rude and slow to respond when I was standing at the front desk. She acted as if I wanted to keep the low quality towels from the room. I have a 8 night stay and should not get a hassle when requesting clean towels. A business center is needed. I will never stay at this hotel again. Will never go back. The greeting by the lady on duty was rude and almost as if we were bothering her by checking in. She never informed us of the check out time or gave us any direction at all. The area has nothing near it.

Depressing and Smelly It was NYE, we arrived about 2 am and the lady at the front desk was having problems checking in two other customers. She refused to check us in while she was having problems with them because she would have to log off her computer or something. After about 20 minutes I demanded she check us in. She relented and we got to our room. The hotel had a worn down look and had a marijuana smell to it. We had a smoke free room but the whole hotel had a smoking smell to it. Very dingy and depressing. Would not stay again no breakfast in the a.m. no ice machine no coffee machine in room totally unacceptable

We also have coffee makers for you room available upon request. This should have been explained to you at check-in.
