A bit misleading There are no towels, toilet paper, glasses, plates, coffee maker in the room. There was a bed with blankets and sheets, a TV, a nice chair and a microwave. The front desk is going to tell you all you have to ask for is towels. They will not be nice about giving you anything additional either.

Ghetto! I read the reviews prior to booking so I was a bit weary, however I needed something in a hurry and inexpensive. First: No toilet paper when I arrived in my room! I couldn't believe it, I've been in hotels and motels and never did I have to call for toilet paper! Second: The toilet was dirty , it had not been cleaned in I don't know how long. Stay elsewhere Room was disguisting. Garbage under the sink was full and roach traps under the sink. There was no made service and I had to bring towels down to the front desk in order to get clean ones. Smell of weed filled the hallways during my stay also.

Needs better customer service Only two small towels No bath mat. I asked for an additional towel and was told that they short on towels. Also it was very difficult to log on to the wifi. The person checking me in did not follow the info from my drivers license on the computer so I was not able to use my last name on the wifi ap. Had to go the front desk and she was annoyed and complained to me.

No ice or amenities available. Minimal services. Grumpy people.

Being an extended stay property focused on guests staying seven or more nights, we do have items such as a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable in-suite environment to make you feel at home while away from home. Terrible hotel! If you are just looking for a bed to sleep, this place might be ok. But don't expect anything else. They told me that breakfast is between 7 and 9:30 am. There was nothing when I went down at 8 am. Nothing, not even coffee. Plus, the building is along route 70 at the exit of 295. It was always a nightmare when you drive in or out of the hotel. I would personally never come to this hotel again.

the address on reservation was not correct . the floor and room smelled of smoke, there were no dishes, glasses in the room. the bathroom exhaust was tried into the only light switch so you had to listen to the exhaust at all times, fridge was also way toooooo loud . over all the only thing I liked was the service at the front desk. it was exceptional

Disappointed The towels/wash cloths were dirty looking & stained. Went out to buy our own. There was hair in the shower. The refrigerator handle was broken off. When the bathroom light was on the fan was so loud you could hear it outside of the room. The chairs had huge stains on them - the room didn't appear clean. The shower handle was broken and we couldn't turn it off several times. The room had a funny smell to it. Overall disappointed and won't return or refer anyone here.
