Nothing the room was dirty and I had to clean it myself. The staff is very argumentative and don't care what you're concerns are and they don't care about anything but your money. And all you smell is weed and cigarettes in the building. Not a good place to stay. Very Dirty and Sticky at this establishment on Welsh Road.

So disappointed The front desk staff was professional and accomodating. When we got into our room it smelled of cigarette and a window was cracked open. The linen was dirty and had to be replaced. The people above us stomped and banged all weekend, even after we complained. It is convenient to shopping and dining but the cleanliness is something to be desired. I will not be staying here again.

Don’t stay here This is by far THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty and disgusting and the staff was rude and ignorant.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my 36 years on earth. There were ants in the bathroom, and the hotel maids didn't even bother changing the linens on the bed, mind you, during a pandemic. We went to turn back the bed and we found pubic hairs, a long fake dirty finger nail, "crumbs", and other filth. The toilet was also dirty. This experience left us mortified during covid. Hotels should be grateful for their guests during times like these and clearly these people are not.

The manager the fat white one is a mean nasty thing The manager lied and said we was smoking in our room when we wasn't. She steals peoples money so if you pay with a card watch your bank statements. She also gets away with anything she wants ! She doesn't like colored people so if your African American you have to be mindful of what you say and do ! The property was dirty , we were given three keys to the room and none of them worked , no fault to the staff I suppose but they were friendly. The room was worn down and dirty and there were roaches in the room!!!!

I couldn’t even stay in this hotel the floors door handles and rooms were dirty. I was even given the option of changing my room but the second room was also super dirty. I left and went back to the hotel that I wanted to rebook in the first place. SAD AND DISAPPOINTING The bathroom had red hair dye and hair over tub and sink. Ask for bars in bathroom no BARS. Ask to get my sheet changed was told only after 14 days because of covid-19. I was there six day. It was very hard having to take my towels to turn in when i needed fresh towels. My first day i had a deaf in my family my aunt had pass a way.
