Wash cloths were old and stained. Floor was unclean-caused our socks to be dirty. Kitchen counter laminate was coming off. Lightning in room was insufficient. Lack of electrical outlets. 2 on bathroom was not enough. Room was quiet.

Very Disappointed. This is the first time I have ever stayed at an Extended Stay America. While the room appeared to be clean, there was a dirty cup from Burger King on the desk chair, which makes one wonder did they even clean or just make it look clean. The tub also did not appear to be clean and I did not even use it because of that. There was no ice bucket in the room and I couldn't find anywhere I could get ice. I know there is a freezer but to make ice would take a few hours. They should provide ice machines and bucket... read more

Was not impressed. I would not stay at this hotel again. There was a dirty smell to the place, and the carpet in the hall was disgusting. It looked like they try to keep the rooms clean but the smell was not pleasant. We stayed two nights, if we were going to be in town longer we would have found another hotel for sure. Luckily we were gone most of the day and really only slept there.

Not please with this Hotel Stay... The first thing that occurred when I checked in was the police was there for a guest who was running around the property acting crazy and didn't want to check out. The second thing the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. The third thing was that panel in the bathroom along the sink fell down and almost hit my son's foot. room was disgusting shower rod hanging kept up barely by zip ties fridge visible large amount of mold microwave rusted n dirty had to move bed to plug in and un plug light since the switch was missing shelf fell down horrible musty smell towels dirty bed skirt big hole door to hard to open or close first room had same issues im highly upset i would like a call why should i have to clean the room before i can stay in it after paying i really would like a refund coming from out of town didnt make it easy to change hotels so we... read more

We waited for the room until 6:00 they had all cleaners walk out. Many people left without a room.

AVOID staying here. Our check in experience was terrible. My wife and I were aware that a lot of places are understaffed, so we showed up two hours after normal 3 PM check in time to be told our room was not yet cleaned. The clerk apologized, took our phone number, and told us we would be called when it was ready. Never received a call. At 8:30 PM, we returned to the hotel and I said to the desk manager, "It's been five hours, is our room ready?" He said, "Looks like you were signed up for a handicapped room."
