The bed was sooo small for it to be a queen. If you sent at end the bed jumps up. I accidentally sat at edge end of the bed and the top of the bed rose up and I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the screen.

Very noisy hotel with doors banging all of the time. Shower had terrible water pressure, sink was clogged. Kitchenette did not have a oven just two burner stovetop. There were no dishes or silverware in cabinets and no pots and pans to cook with. Staff could have been more courteous. You had to ask front desk for these items. And who knows if you had to pay extra for them. So we just bought our own plastic items to eat from. Windows on the bottom floor can open so it was not safe. Very dirty carpet throughout. Filty room, Employees were very unproffesional Very dirty, from dishes to the room. Never got anyone to clean the room with my 4 nights of stay. Employees are very unprofessional, very arguementive starting from GM Megan Hickerbottom. Only reason i stay in this property is bcoz of the location - close to everything i need to go to. I wasnt feelin good the first 2 nights so i had no choice but to extend my stay to make sure i'm 100% better before i travel. This hotel has really old furniture it needs to be renovated. The add on expedia says that they offer conventional breakfast and the staff told me that they never had breakfast at this location.

When we checked in the first room had hair all in the bed like it was not clean… they moved us to another room that the chair was broke and dirty… they moved us to another room… that there was hair in the shower and chair was broken… we had three rooms and all of them were dirty

I hate this hotel. We expected something more family friendly clean and able to accommodate families. This was by far the worst hotel/motel I’ve stayed. The elevator was broken and had been for months. I had to lug a weekends worth of things needed for 1 infant a toddler and a preteen without a working elevator was extremely hard. Then the room was dirty towels weren’t cleaned toilet and tub filthy. Carpet was nasty room drenched with smoke and old carpet. Checked in thankfully on 1st floor as the elevator is broken. Asked for an extra pillow and a blanket told full no extra pillows. Room /floor dirty. Ref with hair in storage area nasty. Bathroom dirty- leaned to travel with lysol scrubbing bubbles and wipes. temp dropped and the air conditioner/heater ran so loud finally turned off. The 2 guys who worked front desk were horrible. Tip do not book and stay there.

They didn’t have any blankets so I had to sleep in the cold with two sheets on the bed. Expedia confirmed with the hotel that they didn’t have any clean blankets and the hotel still would not refund me.
