My stay was unique in that after reporting plumbing issues twice mgt did nothing to mitigate or resolve the issue. Inhumane.

There was not a room available at the time of checkin- we had to wait 20 minutes so they could find a "clean" room. Upon entering the room, it smelled liked mildew. We walked through the room and there weren't enough towels or washcloths, no cups and the shower cutain had mildew. We checked the bed, and there qere multiple blood stains on the sheets. Not cleaned propperly at all. Had to switch rooms and still the 2nd room was filthy, stains on the sheets, garbage under the bed, no toilet paper, broken amenities, was not covid cleaned, hair in the tub, etc...

Room was dirty trash from previous person floor not vacuumed bathroom dirty shelf under sink detached from wall sink in bathroom water drains slow debris in drain burn marks on counter in kitchen area remote to tv melted just extremely disappointed condition of room but staff was friendly at check in
