The service in from desk was terrible and the room also no towels no toilet paper and the room smell bat

Horrible place, room was dirty, desk service was constantly unavailable, place had a smell. Highly recommend against staying here!

BED BUGS!!!! The hotel and room, on the “surface” or at first glance appeared clean, but when I saw how the chairs by the desk had dried on stains on them and the nightstand was sticky every time my hands touched it, I realized it wasn’t. My final straw is when I had awoken about 3am to use the bathroom, flicked on the light and saw a couple of bed bugs right where I was sleeping?!!! Disgusted Guest Checked in at night. Receptionist was pleasant. Went to my room on the 3rd floor. Bed had tons of black hairs on the white sheets (gross). I spent 30 minute using a tissue to pick all of the hairs off. Praying they were from the person who cleaned the room and not the previous guest. The next morning I got out of the shower and bugs literally scurried across the floor. When I left my room the hallway had piles of mud and dirt all over. Towel not wash , the bathroom was dirty, It’s supposed to wash the towels with bleach and all blankets and they don’t do it...I got sick .. very disappointed.
