None of the rooms they gave us was clean , when we finally got a clean room , there was loud banging noise all night

I extended my stay yesterday, but the hotel lost power and. I had to book another hotel. I will like to get back my money for last night's reservation. Not only were they not communicative about the no power, they took their phpne off the hook and you could not reach them.

My room was not properly prepared the tub was clogged and dirty. No extra toilet paper, silverware, plates, and the bed was hard on the back. The door lock was randomly not working as well. However the staff was wonderful and pleasant

Long wait to find someone to check us in, guest were noisey , continental breakfast was a joke. Breakfast was packaged oatmeal and granola bars and coffee. Will never go back
