First, the room I'd reserved was not available. Second, I had to pay an extra $18. Third, the first room I received on the first floor had roaches and nail clippings. Fourth, the staff were nice when you could find them.

very poor customer service cancelled a reservation at the front desk only to come home and find they had charged me!!!

There were numerouse candy wrappers, a gatorade bottle and 2 bottle caps under first bed. There was hair in shower. Both outlets behind bed wouldnt hold plugs to charge phones, kept falling out. Both staff at checkout and in were very unfriendly. The free breakfast was ridiculous and we couldnt even find it as we wete looking for a room like other hotels.

The property clearly was not kept up with. To start our mini vacation to Philadelphia PA my boyfriend and I got into our room our bathroom smelled like paint, our heat in our room didn't work and it was a very cold night, our hotel room door to our room did not lock correctly. Not recommending to stay in this hotel! Room was supposed to be smoke free, none of us two parents are smokers, and we were with our 8 month baby, the room instead reeked of cigarettes smell. Staff is not available at the desk most of the time. Entrance door into room was broken and the reveal was about 1/4 of an inch off from bottom to top which wasn't allowing door to close properly, so my wife wasn't able to open the doors without my help which was frustrating. Room had roaches and bugs . Went to front desk for clean towels and got a bag of towels not even folded . Staff must have been to busy to fold. Where just thrown in a garbage bag and handed to me. Could have been a renter for quite a while but a little disappointed in this last stay. Going to have to look elsewhere .before staying here again!
