This property has roaches and when we went to the front desk for help with this and other issues, there was no staff present. We were directed to call and when the call was answered they hung up on me immediately. We also complained of noise coming from the room next to ours, which prevented us from getting any sleep on the first night until after 5am. Avoid Extended Stay and Hotels.com!! Definitely the worst experience I’ve had trying to book a hotel. There was an emergency at the house and we needed to get a hotel quickly. We decided to book through hotels.com (big mistake). The room requested was a Queen Sized Bed Room for two nights. Upon arrival, we were greeted with terrible customer service from the front desk. Very difficult to find from the road. Road is busy and hotel signage very small.

this was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel the 1st time my room had bugs. I decided to give them a 2nd chance this time the tub in the bathroom had blue soap and a razor laying In the bottom of it. and the sink was pouring out water on the floor everytime it was turned on.. the lady at the front desk said she would take pictures and turn it in to the manager. but she didn't when I spoke to the manager the next day she said she had no idea.
