Ok hotel. Should be better The front desk was clean however the smell of weed was very strong in the foyer of the hotel. The condition of the rooms were not great with splattered paint from repairs and such and just a bit run down. The front desk checkin process was not smooth and the person checkin us in was not very pleasant

I would like them to crackdown more on the smoking in the rooms. It is very obvious in the hallways as you pass the rooms.

Felt unsafe within 10 minutes and left, no refund I checked in and immediately there were other guests or something screaming at each other in the lobby. No staff seemed to care, so I assumed it was not a big deal and it wouldn't matter once I was in my room. Went to my floor and immediately ran into more people screaming and arguing in the hallway. Hotel advertising a kitchen with utensils but my room didn't have nothing. I shouldn't have to go to the desk and ask for it then be told we don't have pots. How can i cook without a pot. I bought food to cook but had to go out and eat because i couldn't cook it with no pots

Meh but economical You get what you pay for. It was inexpensive. It was mostly clean, although the bedding had hairs on it that weren't ours. They need to include cleaning under the beds because there was a nice family of dust bunnies and other creatures underneath. The draining was bad. The toilet required multiple flushes to clear it. The sink also took several minutes after minimal use (like brushing teeth or washing hands). Abysmal service We never even were able to get into our room. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. And more than 40 years of traveling I’ve never been so disrespected. The staff was unprofessional uncooperative and completely inept. After waiting for more than 30 minutes for a room that was reserved. We were told that it might be a couple of more hours And that they really weren’t sure if there would be a room available at all. They were incompetent. So we left.

Check in was fine, got to room and refrigerator was dirty with trash inside from previous occupant. Desk clerk had it cleaned. then I noticed there was no hair dryer. Desk clerk had to search empty rooms to find me one. The final straw was noticing a bug on my bed. I left. Facility refused to refund me as I had not paid for a refundable reservation. Was not aware I needed to pay extra in case room was dirty
