Inexpensive option in KOP This is an acceptable hotel for this price point. Front desk checkin clerk was very nice. My first room did smell of smoke and I was relocated to a new room. Although it could use an update and some parts are shabbier than others, the area is perfectly fine/safe. Has the benefit of a full sized kitchen should you need it. Rooms are outdated, great location but overall needs a touch up an better cleaning
