It was an interesting check-in due to computers being down, so an authorization form was required to fill out and submit via my cell phone. The process was handled well overall; however, once I was in my room a couple used their access card to enter my room. Since I had secondary latch down they physically couldn’t enter, so they knocked. Since this happened my room cards were subsequently disabled which voided my access to WiFi. I really enjoyed my stay. Prices was fair and i think you get a lot for your money. Great location near the mall. Rooms are very .comfortable.

The front desk worker, Chrissy (Christina) defined friendly, compassionate, and empathetic. It was a joyful experience conversing with her and she answered my numerous questions with ease. The only downside was the bed/bed sheets. The bed was quite hard and the sheets were scratchy. There was no actual blanket.

The kitchen unit was not properly cleaned. This sink was NOT clean. Looked like the countertops were not wiped off.

We were going to tour Valley Forge. This place was very close. It was also closest to places to eat.
