Property staff was not super friendly. Looks like they were doing some painting and had not quite finished the job by removing the tape in some areas.

It was an interesting check-in due to computers being down, so an authorization form was required to fill out and submit via my cell phone. The process was handled well overall; however, once I was in my room a couple used their access card to enter my room. Since I had secondary latch down they physically couldn’t enter, so they knocked. Since this happened my room cards were subsequently disabled which voided my access to WiFi.
