Close to our needs and dog friendly
This hotel was perfect for our dogs and us as we attended the National Dog Show. Hotels.com completely messed up our reservations! Even though the hotel was sold out, the hotel management staff spent an hour trying to get our reservations corrected. They did get us out rooms!

Nov shower We were staying for the weekend and we needed a place that liked dogs… we paid extra for dogs but didn’t realize that we didn’t get cleaning service or towels. Will be staying there next week and will give another review

Staff was amazing but it seems the facility is near lost to time. The only thing that is relatively modern and clean is the elevators. The staff were so kind,but they simply do not have enough people to clean every room enough. If you need somewhere to sleep for a night,this will do. I do not recommend staying here unless they pay their employees more for the hard work they do.

Felicia at the Front Desk was terrific and very friendly as well as helpful.
No ice machine or ice cube trays in the refrigerator.

Good service, room needed some attention Good location, very considerate and attentive staff but the room was a bit worn out and the floor needed a good mopping.
