Ive stayed at this property numerous times in the past. This time will probably be yhe last. The property itself is fine the room was mediocre at best. Out dated and needs to be refurbished. I was there for a month and bought the better internet. Dont its no different than the normal internet, waste of money. Room key stopped working about 2 weeks in, you have to call customer service and they call the nightshift attendant to come fix your card. The lady who checked us in was super nice but the room was absolutely disgusting. Bugs all over the floor bathroom wasn’t clean. The entire hotel plus our room smelt like cigarettes.We had no choice but to stay but I debated on sleeping in my car. We brought food back to the room and we all just stood up eating cause we didn’t want to sit. We slept on top of the covers and thank god we had our own throw blankets in the car and we used clothing to cover the pillows. I will never stay at one of theses hotels ever again.
The room was pretty clean. No shampoo provided. The room had some cooking smell, which might come from the downstairs kitchen cooking via air system.
