Extended Stay Hotel down the road maybe better When I looked at this hotel on Expedia it looked rather nice. It stated it had a free continental breakfast and a pool. I booked the hotel over the phone and perhaps this was my mistake. There are actually 2 Extended Stay hotels that are within a 1/2 mile of each other in the Malvern/ Great Valley area. The one I was booked with was very small. There was no continental breakfast but rather a coffee bar with some granola bars. There also was no pool. The room was okay I suppose h... read more

We booked a site and there were no dishes, coffee maker, hair dryer or anything in the room. The bath wasn’t really clean and the toilet wasn’t working.

Don't stay here The hotel as such is quite old and the property is poorly maintained. Rooms are dark and shabby. No cleanliness

Over charged They charged my card twice. I talked to 3 people now and this problem isn’t fixed.

Needs new management Location is not that good --night staff perfect- did not like room -lied about breakfast- elevator went up and down before i push the button-

Needs a good cleaning.. This hotel was in dire need of some cleaning and repairs. The smell was overbearing. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere cleaner.

Bug Infested Left the room 5 minutes after checking in. Room 101... First floor. Bug infested. Terrible. My daughter is still having nightmares about it.
