When the front desk clerk refers the hotel to the getto extended stay it doesn’t start your stay off well

Worst hotel stay ever Hotel hallways were dirty and smelly. Lots of broken utilities in the room, bed was very uncomfortable. I entered the room on Wednesday night to find the toilet did not work. I went to the front desk, and was told that there where no other rooms sorry. Unexceptional Thanks

This property is very basic. Rooms are not equipped with any kitchen utensils, you have to request what you want which I am sure must be a relatively painless process because the front desk staff is gracious enough but it is an inconvenience. Rooms are cleaned only every 8 days? So if you would like fresh towels you must go trade them at the front desk. DIRTY! In disrepair. Do not stay here!!! Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, hallways were dirty, elevator dirty, no coffee maker in room
The toilet never work. We had to keep the top cover off of the tank for our entire two day stay to push a mechanism that would fill the tank back up otherwise it would not shell in the toilet would not flush. They did not have a maintenance person on staff.

I stayed 3 days, every evening my key card didn't work. so I have to go to reception desk with my luggage to re-program the card! There is no breakfast there, you can get coffee and muffin in the morning. Also to get to the property from south you need to derive on mile to the north and make u-turn! . There are no dishes in the room, , you need to order them! Room was cold, TV program is poor.
