Get what you pay for Room was never cleaned in a week. Microwave smelled nasty. Halls had dirt in the edges and stairwells probably haven't been cleaned in weeks. Late night clerk didn't look me in the eye or say more than a few mumbles. Not welcoming. Daytime ladies were nice though. I won't go back because, to me, I'm willing to spend more for a nicer place.

Never ever AGAIN!!! I was here relocating. Worse experience ever! Room was never cleaned before my check in and was only cleaned once during my 14 day stay. Tub was never cleaned and disgusting. I have photos but they are too scary to show. Stay as far away as possible.

Gross bedding, worse costumer service When I checked in the lady at the front desk was lovely, thats the only positive thing I can say. I did learn a valuable lesson om this visit to check the bedding thoroughly. I never sleep with the comforter at any hotel and this one had stains on it no big deal threw it on the chair. They were short staffed so there was a note telling us to call a number in order to reach staff during check in. Dialed the number and took us to a reservation line. They wanted to double charge me for the room after I already paid for it when I made the reservation. Went up to the room and there was no toilet paper so we called down and the lady said “sorry we are all out” and handed the phone to someone else. He apologized and said he would bring some up. The room was minimumally cleaned.

Not for the Business Traveler No business person should stay here. As a woman traveling alone, I would have felt safer sleeping in my vehicle. And, my vehicle is cleaner. Horrible. I didn’t check in until 11:00pm after working all day then driving three hours. If I wasn’t scared to leave my room, I would have checked out and went somewhere else.

Smoker's Paradise Unfortunately, in PA some hotels still have smoking. While ESA is generally a great brand, this place was not. The smoking pregnated the interior as you walk through and there are cigarette butts everywhere. See pics of the first thing you see on site; flower pot and space next to front door. While the price is very good, go elsewhere.
