Last resort place to stay for a captive traveler We stayed here because every hotel in the area was booked due to multiple sport tournaments in the area. The description made it seem decent so I was disappointed in what we experienced. The room's kitchen was very dirty- burnt-on foods and grease remained from previous tenants. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Shower did not work. Free breakfast was oatmeal, granola bars and mini muffins.

Not the first time I’ve stayed at extended stay America. This visit was slightly unpleasant because there were blood stained sheets on the bed. When I told hotel staff at the front desk, he gave me new sheets and told me to strip the other sheets off of the bed. He ended up coming up to the room to strip the sheets off himself. Good WiFi, clean room (except for the sheets)

Run down smelly room , sticky furniture and tabletops , even TV remote control is sticky, breakfast is a joke because there is none, pot of coffee & couple of muffins only

Great staff, subpar hotel The staff was excellent and helpful. The hotel itself was a different story. The rooms felt very old, the hallways smelled of cigarettes, no central air or heating, comes from a very loud in wall unit. Toilets didn’t flush properly, and hotel only does cleaning service once every 7 days of your stay. They do cut a lot of corners, which is ok for the price but if you’re staying in the area, presumably it’s for corporate visits, and it’s not at the level which makes that pleasant.
