The location is great. We had to move rooms due to noice above all night, noise from the elevator and a bad smell on the hall. Staff was great, accommodating. Not sure we will stay there again

The Extended Stay Malvern is my absolute favorite hotel in the Philadelphia area. A friendly and helpful staff, great wifi and spotlessly clean rooms are always found. I'd highly recommend the Extended Stay to travelers to the area.

The place needs to be better maintained. The staff was AWESOME.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and as expected. Slept well.
Less then expected Front desk very personable, however room was less then pictured. Dirty handles on closet, carpet badly stained, non smoking room smelled like smoke and when we went in the wondows were open and door unlocked. When asked why, said it was stuffy in there. Well, after closing windows was when the odor came back. Little rubber band hair tie in corner of shower, didnt see till got in, unsure if it was cleaned. Fridge handles dirty. Never again
