When I showed up - they didn't have a clean room ready for me. I told them I'd come back later to check in. When I did come back they told me that I didn't come soon enough so they gave my room away and the hotel was booked. The only one they had open for me was one that was closed due to a "heavy smoke smell". They also told me I wasn't allowed to eat the breakfast. Worst room I have stayed in I have never been to a room as horrible as this one. We were using the hotel as we were traveling from DC back to NYC so we checked in late (around 11pm).The lobby is very weird but we looked past that, however when we got to the room, the room smelled like a wet dog. I contacted the front desk and they gave me a water down febreze. We tried to get a different room l, however they said they were sold out. Good price, but the room was dirty and stunk The price was good, but the room was rather run down and stunk. The rug was a bit retched, but there were no bugs at least. Our room looked NOTHING like the beautiful rooms in the pictures.

Nasty carpets, furniture, blinds/curtains, bedding. The worse place I've stayed in my life! All day the next day, I had itchiness all-over! Floors were sticky, headboard was dirty, wall was dirty. EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY!

wont stay again I cannot believe you can say there is what you need ava at hotel no ice no toaster had to go buy one very limited on what they have when go to breakfast and no coffee ask front counter she throws a fit to have to fix there are junk cars in parking lot white sicon grill have lite gas with lighter fix the ingintor
