ANGRY By far the worst hotel experience i have ever had! I traveled professionally for the DoD for over ten years, as well as worked with many hotels hosting events for deploying and returning service members. I have never had such a terrible customer service, hotel, and follow-up experience in all of my life! The staff was nice but the beds were uncomfortable and overall the room was a bit run down.

Probably would not stay there again It could have been cleaner but wasn't too bad It is very dark and couldn't even put on make-up.

Dont book here you will not have a room on arrival Dont book here, you may not have a room when you show up. We showed up and they didn't have a room for us and didnt contact us beforehand. Also they couldnt of cared less about helping to find anoter room. When Hotels.com contacted them they said there was 2 others this same thing happened with, no room when they showed up and no contact before.
