My experience with a front desk agent was not good. The agent was very rude and didn’t offer and suggestions or any fix to a small issue. Instead he became very confrontational and boisterous. This agent has been employed with ESA for 7 years so he is always right....

Smells Bad, Though Friendly Staff... Avoid! The hotel smelled awful (kind of like stale pizza and spicy asian noodles of some kind.

Yikes! Alas, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was noticeably dusty, and when I left in the morning my sinuses were stuffed. I found a long black hair in my sheets -- and my hair is neither long nor black. The whole room felt dingy and threatening. I also had to wait for quite a while to be served at the front desk. Not Clean - Seaman on bedding Considered there was seaman on our bedding I would say we were very disgusted

The room smelled of old smoke, felt dirty and the bedding was uncomfortable. The bed itself was one of the worst I’ve ever laid on. I left in the middle of the night because I couldn’t take it.
