The worst experience ever This trip was over booked and we had no where to stay after driving 5 hours with small children we had to sleep in the car

I expected this hotel to be really nice considering it’s around several companies but it was an awful hotel. It was dirty, had a bad odor throughout the hotel, the room didn’t look like it was cleaned forget sanitized. It was a disappointing hotel overall. The only thing nice about the hotel was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and kind.

My experience with a front desk agent was not good. The agent was very rude and didn’t offer and suggestions or any fix to a small issue. Instead he became very confrontational and boisterous. This agent has been employed with ESA for 7 years so he is always right....

Smells Bad, Though Friendly Staff... Avoid! The hotel smelled awful (kind of like stale pizza and spicy asian noodles of some kind.

Yikes! Alas, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was noticeably dusty, and when I left in the morning my sinuses were stuffed. I found a long black hair in my sheets -- and my hair is neither long nor black. The whole room felt dingy and threatening. I also had to wait for quite a while to be served at the front desk.
