Horrible experience Extended stay will never receive any business from myself or my family ever again...I know they’re individually managed but the lack of empathy as a customer service agent was unacceptable!

I had a roach in my room i told the front desk lady and she said she would send an exterminator. Not move me. I paid for faster internet at 10pm and it was stated 24hrs. I wasn't Happy but i understood when i checked out and check back in i no longer had the same internet speed. I left came back and there were 2 more roaches in my room. Next desk attendant offered to move me and suggest I wash my clothes. Not offer any coins but suggest that i should. Long line didnt even get to sleep here Longest line ive ever seen at a hotel had to wait out side in the rain me and other people stood out side for atleast 1 hour after that we decided to take pur money else where.

This the second time I stayed there for the location but cleanliness was bad specially during this covid19 time. Walking bear foot and get your feet dirty (black) sofá bed was with dirty and with other people clothes.
