When I called to confirm I was arriving late, the front desk notified me that they had overbooked the hotel and had no room for me despite making a reservation and messaging prior to let them know about my late arrival.

I can't really say I like too much about the property or the place I had issues with the first room I was in being dirty not being cleaned properly they were bugs on the floor and hair in the sink in the bathroom they moved me to a second room and when they did the air conditioner/heater did not work in that room and when I mentioned it to them they said they were unable to move me due to being overbooked already so I had asked them just to move me back to the original room and clean it as the AC worked it was a fight but in... read more

Would not honor my reservation and front desk was of no help in securing a room for me. Literally was left with out a place to sleep. Front desk clerk was rude and not helpful at all. Do not stay here!

Rude employees, dirty/nasty hotel in general. This place was pretty bad. The check-in process was a nightmare. I already paid for the room, showed them my drivers license and credit card, and even showed them the receipt I printed and they refused to let me in my room. They demanded I pay again for the room even though I had the receipt showing I already paid. When we arrived there was not a reservation for us and the hotel was full. Was told that since I hadn't paid online when I made the reservation that I didn't have a room.
