CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT
Cheap, unkempt hotel. First things first - every person I dealt with was incredibly professional & courteous - kudos to all. But, on the night I arrived I requested a 6:00 AM wake-up call the following morning, which I never received. Unknown if that was because late night staff not properly trained, or if someone dropped the ball, but the sum total = failure on the hotel's part. No shampoo, coffee, bottled water; cigarette smell No shampoo, no coffee, no bottled water, hallway smells like cigarettes.

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. Since we are a non-smoking hotel, the hallways smelling like smoke as you described is unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize for your experience. In addition, the room should have absolutely been accommodated with shampoo. Convenient, but needs some work. WiFi free - but slow, issues with room keys - needed to be reprogrammed everyday, kitchen area was not recently cleaned, breakfast was a joke - used to be much better.
Did not understand how the hotel worked. You need to understand what how the basic system works. We were never told thus no change of towels; breakfast was a joke. For a few extra dollars saved the serevices were not available.
