I can't really say I like too much about the property or the place I had issues with the first room I was in being dirty not being cleaned properly they were bugs on the floor and hair in the sink in the bathroom they moved me to a second room and when they did the air conditioner/heater did not work in that room and when I mentioned it to them they said they were unable to move me due to being overbooked already so I had asked them just to move me back to the original room and clean it as the AC worked it was a fight but in... read more

Would not honor my reservation and front desk was of no help in securing a room for me. Literally was left with out a place to sleep. Front desk clerk was rude and not helpful at all. Do not stay here!

Rude employees, dirty/nasty hotel in general. This place was pretty bad. The check-in process was a nightmare. I already paid for the room, showed them my drivers license and credit card, and even showed them the receipt I printed and they refused to let me in my room. They demanded I pay again for the room even though I had the receipt showing I already paid. (Right now I'm fighting them to get one of the charges reversed) The entire lobby, hallway, reception area smelled of marijuana so bad it was laughable. There was some... read more

When we arrived there was not a reservation for us and the hotel was full. Was told that since I hadn't paid online when I made the reservation that I didn't have a room.

The carpets need to be replaced in the whole building

ANGRY By far the worst hotel experience i have ever had! I traveled professionally for the DoD for over ten years, as well as worked with many hotels hosting events for deploying and returning service members. I have never had such a terrible customer service, hotel, and follow-up experience in all of my life!
