The young woman at the reception desk was unprofessional in the sense she had an attitude. It was not a welcoming initial experience. Also upon leaving the next the was no "Good Morning" or "How was your stay?".... only this same young woman while checking in another guest holler's out to me "what room were you in". In my experience this is not professional and I will not go back to that location to stay.

It was the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed at. The mattresses were gross and bloody. The staff was rude and the hallways were dirty. No condition was available and there was only one person available during the evening that made me come to front desk for sheets. They do not bring anything to your room. You must go get your own towels, toilet paper etc

I wasn’t impressed with the facility. No coffee in the morning, AC wasnt on when we got in. Room incredibly hot

The room was dirty, no sheets for the sofa bed. Nasty people working the desk. Closet door was broken.

There was nothing that I like about this property. The rooms are old and the kitchen was dirty. There were no hangers to be found on the property after the girl at the front desk ran around looking for just one. How can you have a closet with no hangers in it. You’re toiletries consisted of one bar of soap. That’s it! The ironing board was falling apart and there is no room cleaning for a two night stay. Included breakfast was coffee, muffin and instant oatmeal. It was not what I expected.

Staff was courteous and help us cancel our stay. Room was dirty and smelled awful.

Looking for a partial refund, very disappointed 3 out of the 4 family members - me, 7 year old daughter and wife got bit by fleas. There was a huge stain on the beds sheets. I asked for new sheets and had to change them myself.

We were there for a lacrosse tournament... the rates were more than $100 more than the night before. Our room was not ready at check in time after a full day of lacrosse... the poor girl at the front desk was also the laundry person, the maid, literally the only person working in a hotel that was completely booked!
