Room and bathroom was dirty, had to buy cleaning supplies and clean tub, lipstick on foldout bed pad

Extended Stay in Malvern great place to stay HOtel was great and close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Need new beds The only drawback was that the bed was horrible! We only got relief from going for a swim in the heated pool. Other than that, it was really nice.

We booked two rooms for an overnight stay for a family affair. We found it clean, and conveniently located. We did not spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping, since we were always on the go.

Needs some updating The folding closet door was obviously put in before the carpet, it fell off the track every time I tried to open it. There was hair in the bathtub the first time I used the shower. One of the floor lamps was missing a bulb. The bed was very uncomfortable. No attempt was made to empty wastebaskets the 4 days I was there even though I put it outside the door. I guess you get what you pay for!

Just ok Don't expect much from extended stay. Overall the room was good. Like having the couch in my room. The negatives. Trash under my bed which included an empty box of condoms. My sink was linking from the moment I entered. Then my tub started leaking as well one night. Pouring out water. The next day they dismantled my shower and didn't leave any instructions as to where I could shower. Not great customer service.

Good for my long weekend I needed a place to stay for a long weekend and this suited me fine. Because I needed to rest, I didn't use any of the facilities, but I heard others commenting that they were great. The staff was very helpful and always had a smile. I would stay again.

Good stay Everything was fine accept for breakfast. They offer a continental breakfast with no continental. We literally had oatmeal or a granola bar. The room was very nice but they should just do away with breakfast.
