Did not provide the room reserved The hotel claimed that they did not have the room I reserved available and blamed Hotels.com for not providing contact information to let me know we would be downgraded. We had to find alternate accommodations for someone in our party since we didn't have enough places for everyone to sleep. One of the rooms smelled really bad and had a broken air conditioner.

Dump My smoke alarm went off when I was cooking something And somebody from the front desk called me with a very nasty tone asking me not to open my room door. I explained that it was from cooking. The smoke alarm went off and shortly went on again and she called me with a nasty attitude asking me was I doing anything about it. Staff was basically non existent. Hallways smell disgusting. Not friendly at all.

If you coming for work you want get no sleep the guest are loud..They hallway stinks.It’s dog poop all in the sidewalk..The bed moves every time you sit on it!!I left a day early cause it was so bad!
